ASHLEY PEÑA is an editorial, commercial and fine art photographer based in BROOKLYN, NEW YORK. Originally schooled as a painter, Ashley Peña (b.2000) is a Dominican-American artist originally from Maryland. Ashley got her first camera when she was 15 years old and has worked as an image-maker in New York since 2019. Peña is currently on track to obtain her BFA as part of at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts (‘24). She is a 2023 World Press Photo Contest winner.
